I’m beyond thrilled to write about the incredibly talented Tianney. It has been a while since we’ve heard from this gifted artist. But, she’s been busy cooking something special.
Walk down a memory lane about her musical journey with me.
When asked, Tianney said she grew up around a lot of Gospel music. She grew up listening to Women of Faith, Cece Winans, Nicole C. Mullen, Panam Percy Paul, Don Meon, and Kirk Franklin. While in university, she found a love for playing the guitar and started learning how to strum and pick.
Tianney first burst onto the scene with her first single “My Rock” back in 2020. “My Rock” was then featured in Pastor Laju Iren’s YouTube series “During Ever After” and also in her debut movie “Loving Amanda”. Laju Iren is one of the lead pastors at Celebration Church International.
After “My Rock”, she dropped the single “Daddy God” in 2022. With her powerful voice, heartfelt lyrics, and unwavering dedication to sharing the Gospel through music, she quickly warmed the hearts of many. Tianney’s music is laced with soulful melodies. She has a great passion and commitment to storytelling.
I’m excited to share that Tianney has been working hard in the studio, pouring her heart and soul into new music.
Her new song, “YOURS”, is a powerful new single that serves as a poignant reminder of God’s boundless and unwavering love. Perfect for your morning playlist, this uplifting song celebrates the relentless pursuit of God’s love, despite our flaws and shortcomings.
It’s a heartfelt reminder that God’s love is fiercely protective, you belong to Him. And even when you fall short, His love remains steadfast, never letting you go.
Aside from being an amazing songwriter and singer, Tianney loves stories and finds more joy in writing prose.
In her words “If you listen to my music, there’s usually some form of storytelling going on in there. In essence, storytelling is one interest of mine that heavily influences my creativity as an artist”.
