JOY TO THE WORLD!
Dearest reader,
I can’t believe I haven’t written to you in almost three (3) months! I am so sorry. Will you please forgive me? 🥺
So much has happened, and I cannot wait to fill you in!
But first, how have you been? How has work and life treated you so far?
As for me, I’ve been basking in gratitude to God, and I’ve had quite a year! A tough but excellent year.
Two weeks ago, I attended a wellness event and we had a journaling session where we were asked to write 12 things we’re grateful for in 2023 (one thing for each month).
At first, I didn’t think I’d have anything to write because like I said, I’ve had a tough year. At the end of the session, I had almost 20 things to write! 20 things!
I’ve recently learnt this: “If you think, you will thank me!”
So here’s what I want you to do; sit down, reflect and write down 12 things you’re grateful for in 2023. And if you’re comfortable, you can share them with me in the comments. I’d love to read them 😊

CHRISTMAS IS IN 3 DAYS! 🎊
